Roasting profiles have certainly skewed increasingly lighter over the past few decades as more care and attention have been given to retaining the integrity of the always improving quality of green coffee. But we didn’t get here over night. We must pay our dues to those who tread through the darkness before us. We worked hard to develop the newest blend in our line-up, Heavy Axe, to pay homage to the late nineties, and early two thousands style roasting nostalgia without compromising quality and nuance, and the flavor you’ve hopefully come to expect from another Breaks joint.
